Bill Rock is President of MLR Holdings which owns media and B2B information businesses including Uptime Institute, 451 Research, and magazines and media properties under the brands Directors & Boards, Private Company Director, and Family Business. Uptime Institute improves the performance, reliability and efficiency of data centers through industry leading standards and certifications, research, and consulting and to date has awarded over 1,500 certifications to data centers in over 85 countries. 451 Research provides essential business intelligence and market data to leaders of the digital economy. More than 100 analysts deliver that business value via syndicated research and proprietary data, advisory services, and live events. Through print and digital publications, handbooks and live conferences, MLR Holdings’ media properties provide guidance and insight to public and private company directors, family-owned companies, family offices and advisors on governance, succession, and wealth management. He received his B.A from Harvard University, his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Bill is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization.

Eric Allyn spent most of his career at Welch Allyn, a 101-year old medical device manufacturer owned by the Allyn family, employing 2,800 people worldwide. Welch Allyn is ubiquitous in patient care worldwide, with its instruments used in virtually every US hospital and physician office, as well as in nearly every country in the world. Eric worked in a variety of positions, ultimately becoming Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Voting Trust.
