Danielle Valkner leads our family office service offerings in the US and has over 25 years experience focusing on finance effectiveness, technology and operations. She has led multiple engagements focusing on finance effectiveness and reporting, process improvement and target operating model design, due diligence, risk management and control, vendor selection, robotics process automation and execution of operating model transformations.
Prior to joining PwC, Danielle worked directly for two large global asset managers, gaining extensive industry experience in Chief Financial and Chief Administrative Officer roles, responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, strategic planning and analysis, infrastructure, finance, treasury and accounting. Danielle also spent over 10 years as an auditor in the financial services sector specializing in banking and asset management, gaining valuable experience with SEC reporting, international finance operations, private equity, real estate and hospitality as well as Sarbanes Oxley/internal control frameworks.
Danielle graduated summa cum laude from Augustana College where she majored in Accounting and Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics. She is a licensed CPA and received state and national honors related to the certification exam.
